Pawan Orders Probe into Complaint
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has ordered a detailed inquiry into a complaint raised by Tummala Veeralakshmi during the “Mana Ooru–Maata Manthi” programme conducted in Kakinada. The matter came to his attention after reports indicated that Veeralakshmi was unable to meet him and present her grievance during the public interaction event.
Taking the issue seriously, Pawan Kalyan directed the Kakinada District Collector to conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the complaint. He instructed officials to ascertain the facts, identify any lapses that may have prevented the complainant from accessing the grievance platform, and ensure that her concerns are addressed without delay.
The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized that public grievance programmes are intended to provide citizens with a direct platform to communicate their problems to the government. He stressed that every individual should be given a proper opportunity to present their issues and seek redressal through official channels.
Pawan Kalyan also called for swift action to resolve the matter and submit a report on the findings of the inquiry. Officials have been asked to ensure transparency throughout the process and take appropriate measures based on the investigation’s outcome.
The directive reflects the state government's focus on responsive governance and its commitment to addressing public grievances in a timely and effective manner.
