Modi To Meet New NDA MPs
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to meet 26 newly inducted Members of Parliament (MPs) who have recently joined the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at a breakfast meeting in New Delhi on Friday.
According to official sources, the Prime Minister has invited the MPs to a special breakfast interaction aimed at welcoming them into the alliance and discussing future parliamentary coordination. The meeting is expected to focus on strengthening cooperation among NDA partners and outlining the government's legislative priorities.
Among those expected to attend are six MPs from the Shiv Sena and 20 MPs from a breakaway faction of the Trinamool Congress (TMC). The interaction is being viewed as an important political engagement following the expansion of the NDA's parliamentary strength.
Sources said the Prime Minister is likely to encourage the newly joined MPs to actively participate in Parliament and contribute to the alliance's agenda. The meeting is also expected to provide an opportunity for the MPs to interact directly with the Prime Minister and senior NDA leaders.
The development comes amid ongoing political realignments, with the NDA continuing efforts to consolidate support and strengthen its position in Parliament.
