Naidu Greets Cyclists On Bicycle
Amaravati, June 3: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu extended greetings to cyclists across the world on the occasion of World Bicycle Day, highlighting the importance of cycling as an affordable, reliable, and eco-friendly mode of transport.
He said bicycles play a key role in promoting healthier lifestyles while also contributing to environmental protection. Emphasizing sustainability, Naidu noted that increased use of bicycles can significantly reduce pollution levels, ease urban traffic congestion, and support climate-friendly development.
The Chief Minister urged citizens, especially youth, to adopt cycling as part of their daily routine to improve physical fitness and overall well-being. He said small lifestyle changes such as choosing bicycles for short-distance travel can collectively bring large environmental benefits.
