Naidu Applauds Natural Farming in Palnadu
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited a natural farming field in Linganguntla village of Palnadu district on Friday and lauded farmer Gudipalli Nagabhushanam for his success in sustainable agriculture. Nagabhushanam explained that four years of natural farming had reduced cultivation costs while improving soil fertility and productivity.
Naidu described the farmer as a role model and reiterated the government's commitment to promoting chemical-free farming. During the visit, he toured a traditional cold-pressed oil unit, purchased groundnut oil after consulting his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari, and reviewed organic farming practices and value-added rural enterprises. The Chief Minister also visited a papaya orchard and highlighted the importance of sustainable agriculture in boosting farmer incomes.
