Amaravati To Launch Quantum Incubator

The Andhra Pradesh Government, in partnership with Chandigarh University and Amaravati Quantum Valley, will launch the Quantum Incubator (CUBIC – Chandigarh University Business Incubation Centre) in Amaravati on June 19, 2026. The initiative aims to strengthen India’s deep-tech ecosystem by supporting startups in quantum technologies, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, robotics, and space technologies.

The incubator will serve as a key platform within the Amaravati Quantum Valley ecosystem, helping innovators transform research and ideas into scalable businesses. Startups will receive access to mentorship, incubation infrastructure, investor networks, industry collaborations, specialized laboratories, and quantum computing resources.

Initially operating from Medha Towers in Amaravati, the facility will enable immediate onboarding of startups and ecosystem partners. It is expected to evolve into a larger innovation hub in the future, promoting commercialization of emerging technologies and deep-tech entrepreneurship.

The launch event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, researchers, and startup founders to explore opportunities in the growing quantum economy. Officials said the initiative aligns with Andhra Pradesh’s vision of establishing Amaravati as a global hub for quantum technology and innovation. The project is expected to attract investments, generate high-value jobs, and strengthen collaboration between academia, industry, and government, driving long-term technology-led economic growth in the state.
