Delhi Police Foil Major Terror Plot
New Delhi: Delhi Police's Special Cell has foiled an alleged major terror plot in the national capital and arrested four suspects in connection with the case. According to police, three of the arrested individuals are from Punjab, while one is a resident of Delhi.
During the investigation, officials alleged that the conspiracy was orchestrated under the directions of Shahzad Bhatti, an alleged handler linked to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). Police said the suspects were allegedly planning a major terror attack, and further investigation is underway to uncover the full extent of the network and identify any additional individuals involved.
Authorities are continuing their probe and have intensified security measures in the wake of the operation.
