AP Signs Vision 2047 MoU
Andhra Pradesh has signed an MoU with Institute for Financial Management and Research to support the implementation of the Swarna Andhra 2047 Vision. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu reiterated the state's goal of achieving a 15% growth rate as part of its long-term development strategy.
Under the agreement, IFMR will assist in implementing key missions, including Zero Poverty, Water Security and Deep Tech initiatives. The institute will also provide policy recommendations, conduct field studies and help establish Mission Cells to achieve GSDP targets.
Naidu said Andhra Pradesh is focusing on emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, drones, defence manufacturing and quantum technologies to accelerate growth and attract investments.
