Jana Sena Party chief and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has announced the formation of “Jana Sena Party Nirmana Sarathula Samachara Sekarana Committees” to strengthen the party organizationally and identify future leadership from among dedicated party workers.

Under the initiative, a 28-member committee will be constituted for each parliamentary constituency. The panel will include a senior observer, three senior leaders familiar with local issues, three committed party members who have consistently participated in membership drives, and at least three representatives from each Assembly constituency. Five support staff members from the party headquarters will assist the committees.

The committees will gather information on leaders, activists, and Jana Sainiks who have worked tirelessly for the party across all 25 parliamentary constituencies in the state. The exercise aims to identify dedicated workers who have been associated with the party since its inception in 2014 and provide them with leadership opportunities.

Based on the collected data, suitable responsibilities will be assigned from the parliamentary level to the village level and across various party wings. Pawan Kalyan stated that the final decision on appointments and responsibilities will be taken under his direct supervision. The primary objective is to recognize leadership qualities, commitment, and talent among party cadre and develop a strong grassroots leadership structure.
