CM Orders Citizen-Friendly Governance
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to resolve public grievances with a humane and citizen-friendly approach. Reviewing departmental performance at the RTGS Centre, he stressed the need for courteous interactions, improved soft skills, and accountability among government employees.
The Chief Minister urged officials to adopt innovative thinking, prioritize field visits, and address grievances by understanding the concerns of petitioners. He highlighted the role of technology in speeding up governance and warned against complacency in administrative systems.
Naidu also cautioned officials against misinformation campaigns aimed at politicizing issues and emphasized strict enforcement of laws and regulations. He reiterated the government's focus on environmental protection, water conservation, cleanliness, and technological advancements, including plans for a quantum park and semiconductor park.
