Sri Veda VignanaParishad Announces Brahmin Welfare and Fellowship Seminar

Members of the Sri Veda VignanaParishad have announced that a Brahmin Welfare and Fellowship Seminar will be held in Vijayawada on Sunday, June 7, at 9:30 AM. The event will take place at the Hotel Ailapuram conference hall in Gandhinagar.

Speaking at a press conference held at the Press Club on Monday, D.V. BalaSubramanyam said that the seminar is expected to bring together senior retired IAS and IPS officers, doctors, lawyers, professors, experts in Vedic music and arts, political leaders, analysts, journalists, and social activists. He stated that all members of the Brahmin community are invited to participate in the programme.

Advocate S. Sundara Rama Sarma said the seminar will focus on discussions related to the economic, social, political, educational, and healthcare conditions of the Brahmin community. He added that issues concerning employment, youth development, and women’s empowerment will also be addressed. He emphasized that the main objective of the meeting is to prepare action plans based on the collective sentiment of “we are all Brahmins” for the welfare and future progress of the community.

Balaramakrishna Murthy, Honorary President of the Brahmin Association, said the meeting will not allow personal or political arguments or counter-arguments. He stated that participants will be encouraged to share constructive suggestions and ideas freely. He also informed that ground rules have been set to ensure that no participant interrupts another during discussions, with the aim of maintaining discipline and focus.

Brahmana Shaktipeetham State Secretary VemuriPallavi and Open Brains Founder TadepalliRamana Murthyalso addressed the press meet along with other representatives. Organizers expressed confidence that the seminar will serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue and community-oriented planning.
