Purushaha Promises Complete Family Entertainment

Director Veeru Vulavala says his upcoming Telugu film Purushaha is designed as a wholesome entertainer packed with comedy, romance, action, horror, and emotional moments for family audiences. Produced by Bathula Koteswara Rao under Kalyan Productions and presented by Bathula Saraswathi, the film marks the debut of Pavan Kalyan Bathula as the lead actor.

Speaking during promotions ahead of the film’s May 22 release, Veeru Vulavala shared that the story evolved from the idea that “only a few men are truly noble.” He revealed that the script underwent several changes after multiple rejections before finally being approved by the producer. The film was shot mostly in Kakinada over 51 days after extensive acting workshops for the debut cast.

The movie also stars Sapthagiri, Kasireddy Raj Kumar, Rayancha Kokkura, Vishika, and Hasini Sudheer in important roles. Veeru said comedy sequences involving Vennela Kishore and other supporting actors will be major highlights. He added that the film blends multiple genres while maintaining a strong emotional core and clean family appeal.
