Traffic restrictions in place from 2 PM onwards

The Visakhapatnam ACA-VDCA International Cricket Stadium is all set to host the IPL match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) tonight. To ensure smooth conduct and safety, authorities have deployed 1,700 police personnel and imposed traffic restrictions from 2 PM until the conclusion of the match.

The stadium has undergone a ₹40 crore renovation, including the installation of 34 audience boxes and new LED lights. Parking arrangements have been made at B Ground near the convention center for vehicles arriving from Visakhapatnam, while vehicles from Srikakulam have designated parking at the technical college.

To manage traffic, vehicles heading to Vijayawada are being diverted via Anandapuram and Anakapalle Road. Those traveling from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam must use the Anakapalle, Anandapuram, and National Highway routes. Authorities have urged motorists to cooperate with the restrictions.
