Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has invited Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, to Amaravati to explore opportunities for AI-based development in Andhra Pradesh. The invitation followed Altman's tweet acknowledging India's quick adaptation to AI and praising the creativity of Indians.
Chandrababu expressed delight over Altman’s positive remarks, stating that Andhra Pradesh is prepared to emerge as a leading hub for AI-driven advancements. He emphasized the state's readiness to invest in the technology sector and collaborate with OpenAI.
“What you said is literally true! India has just begun its journey. Andhra Pradesh is poised to become a hub for AI-driven development. I am happy to invite you to Amaravati on your next visit to India. I will share with you our vision in shaping the future,” Chandrababu tweeted.
The Chief Minister reiterated his government’s commitment to fostering AI and quantum technology, aiming to place Andhra Pradesh at the forefront of technological growth.
