Case filed for revealing accused details

The Nakirekal police have registered an SC, ST atrocity case against BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) in connection with the Class 10 Telugu paper leak that took place on the 21st of this month. The case was filed under Section 3(1) for allegedly revealing the details of the accused.

So far, 13 people have been booked in connection with the paper leak, with 11 already arrested. The case has sparked political controversy, with opposition leaders questioning KTR’s statements and actions regarding the investigation. Police officials are further examining the legal aspects of the case.
