MP Srikrishna Devaraya Slams Vidadala Rajani Over Allegations

Krishna Devaraya claims land was bought at a high price under Congress rule

Alleges Rajani threatened IPS officers

Dismisses Red Book allegations as misleading

TDP MP Srikrishna Devaraya has strongly countered YSRCP leader and former minister Vidadala Rajani’s claims regarding a ACB case filed against her for allegedly collecting illegal money from a stone crusher owner. Rajani alleged that false cases were being filed against her as part of political harassment and that attempts were made to access her phone data.

Responding to her statements, MP Srikrishna Devaraya warned Rajani to be cautious while making allegations regarding phone records and land matters. He clarified that his family has been running Vignan foundations for four decades with an unblemished record. He asserted that they had never applied for land in Amaravati and had legally purchased land at a high price in 2009 during the Congress regime through public auction. He criticized Rajani for making baseless accusations without understanding the difference between land auction and land allotment.

Refuting her claims about the so-called Red Book list, Devaraya emphasized that IPS officer Joshua, whose service extends until 2040, had clearly stated that he had no connection with the owner of Balaji Stone Crushers. He pointed out that it was Rajani herself who had lodged a complaint about irregularities in those stone crushers on August 24, 2021.

He further accused Rajani of threatening officers for personal gain and questioned her alleged financial dealings with individuals like Potharam Basha, MPP Shankar Rao, Mutta Vasu, Gold Seenu, Abbas Khan, and Nagayya, stating that she had not returned the money taken from them. Devaraya also questioned whether she had indeed tried to stop the case by sending mediators.
