GmZV7RsboAAl_e-The American multinational fast-food giant McDonald's has chosen Hyderabad for the establishment of its India Global Office, following intense competition from multiple states. The company, which currently operates 38 outlets in Telangana, plans to expand further by adding three to four new outlets every year.

On Wednesday, representatives of McDonald's signed an investment agreement with the Telangana government for the establishment of its global office in Hyderabad. The office is expected to create 2,000 jobs in the region.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met McDonald's Chairman and CEO Chris Kempczinski in his chamber at the Assembly to discuss the company’s investment plans. Expressing happiness over the decision, the CM stated that Telangana takes pride in being chosen for this significant investment. He assured the company of the government’s full support in its expansion efforts.

Key officials present at the meeting included Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, Special Chief Secretary to the Industries Department Jayesh Ranjan, and Special Secretary to the CM Ajith Reddy.
