BRS MLAs Walk Out of Assembly Over Bhatti Vikramarka’s Remarks on KTR
BRS MLAs demand an apology from Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka
Protest in front of the assembly with slogans against 20% rule"
Tension in the House as the ruling and opposition parties clash
BRS MLAs staged a walkout from the Telangana Assembly, demanding an apology from Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka for his alleged inappropriate comments on BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). The legislators expressed their strong objections, claiming that Bhatti’s remarks were unacceptable and disrespectful.
The protesting MLAs also gathered outside the assembly, raising slogans against what they termed as “Nayana’s 20% rule,” referring to the government's alleged favoritism and financial mismanagement. The situation led to a heated debate inside the House, with ruling party members countering the accusations.
With tensions escalating, assembly proceedings were briefly disrupted. Political analysts believe this protest is a continuation of the ongoing friction between the ruling Congress and opposition BRS in Telangana.
