The Government of Andhra Pradesh under the alliance is taking steps to close YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY politically. Before that, there is a move to shut down SAKSHI, the publication owned by YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY. Chief Minister N. CHANDRABABU NAIDU and Deputy CM PAWAN KALYAN have coordinated with the Union Government through Home Minister AMIT SHAH on the cases of YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY.
Already, SAKSHI under JAGATI PUBLICATIONS has cases proceeding by ED and CBI. The ENFORCEMENT DIRECTORATE has frozen the properties, but JAGATI PUBLICATIONS has secured a stay order on it. The renewal of the publication is still pending with the Union Government’s Departments. Only because of court orders, the publication is being allowed to continue. As per sources in DELHI, everything is ready to vacate the stay orders, and immediately after that, JAGATI PUBLICATIONS will be seized, which implies stopping the publication of SAKSHI PAPER and the broadcasting of SAKSHI CHANNEL.
After that, cases will be moved to arrest YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY, as per reports. Already, in the LIQUOR SCAM CASE, the files are ready, and they say YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY is the ultimate beneficiary of the scam. Apart from that, even in the KAKINADA SEZ CASE, YS JAGAN's name will be included very soon. In both cases, VIJAYASAI REDDY is going to play a key role, allegedly. All the evidence is ready, and the officials need just a green signal from the GOVERNMENT OF AP. A political decision to arrest JAGAN has already been taken, as per reports. However, they are waiting to execute it at a time when JAGAN will not gain public sympathy, ensuring it does not result in any political advantage for him.
Ex-Minister PERNI NANI said, “The government is trying to arrest YS JAGAN. They have taken a report from VASUDEVA REDDY, Ex-MD and accused in the LIQUOR SCAM CASE accordingly. But we don’t care about all these developments.”
If we observe, TDP has executed cases very strategically. Initially, the government faced criticism for its delayed response to complaints against YSRCP leaders. However, after nine months, it seems they have started executing the plan.
PERNI NANI and JOGI RAMESH have already faced legal trouble, while VALLABHANENI VAMSI is in remand. Cases against ROJA have been accelerated, and fresh cases have been mounted on Ex-Minister VIDADALA RAJINI. Meanwhile, KODALI NANI and SAJJALA RAMAKRISHNA REDDY are actively seeking anticipatory bail.
By exposing the corruption and wrongdoings of YSRCP leaders, the ruling alliance is creating an anti-YSRCP political atmosphere. Once this is established, they will move to shut down SAKSHI and subsequently arrest YS JAGANMOHAN REDDY. Reports suggest that all these actions may take place within months.
