P4 program set to drive inclusive development

Thalliki Vandanam initiative to benefit every child

Focus on Amaravati, Polavaram, and Super-6

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, during his visit to Muppalla in NTR district, reaffirmed his government’s commitment to inclusive governance and welfare-driven reforms. Drawing inspiration from the legacy of Babu Jagjivan Ram, Chandrababu stated that the coalition government is functioning with a clear vision for progress and justice.

Recalling the roots of women's empowerment, he said, “We formed DWCRA associations for women 30 years ago. We’ve always brought innovative ideas for the state’s development.” He highlighted the government’s second-generation reforms, emphasizing the state’s history of cooperation during initiatives like Janmabhoomi and now with the newly introduced “P4” program, aimed at People’s Progress through Public Participation.

The Chief Minister announced the Thalliki Vandanam scheme under which financial support will be extended to every child in a family, reinforcing the government’s pro-family and pro-welfare approach. He also reiterated his commitment to the completion of two flagship projects — Amaravati and Polavaram, vital for the state’s growth.

Stressing the implementation of the Super-6 promises, Chandrababu pointed out that Andhra Pradesh is leading the country in pension distribution, offering among the highest monthly benefits. He added that the ultimate goal is to eradicate poverty and boost per capita income across all sections of society.

“We are focused on creating a future where no citizen is left behind. Development with compassion is our motto,” Chandrababu said, calling for collective effort to realize the dream of a prosperous and equitable Andhra Pradesh.
