Bollywood actress Preity Zinta has shared a helpful fitness tip for those spending long hours seated at desks or in front of screens. On April 15, she posted a video demonstrating a back-strengthening exercise using a fitness ball, designed to improve posture and reduce back pain.
“For people that sit a lot, this is an amazing exercise to keep your back, glutes, and legs strong,” wrote Preity in the caption. She also thanked fitness expert Adrian Le Roux for helping her regain form, adding hashtags like #Ting, #DontGiveUp, and #PZFit.
In the video, Zinta can be seen confidently performing the routine, which quickly gained attention from her followers who appreciated the simplicity and effectiveness of the workout.
The actress, who remains active on social media, recently also shared a series of photos wearing a traditional Phulkari salwar kameez during an IPL match. Embracing her Punjabi roots, she captioned the post, “When in Punjab, dress in a Phulkari! Always own who you are and be proud of your roots.”
Preity Zinta, 50, made her Bollywood debut in 1998 with the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Dil Se, followed by Soldier with Bobby Deol. She rose to fame with Kya Kehna, where she portrayed a teenage single mother. Her successful run continued with critically acclaimed films like Dil Chahta Hai, Veer-Zaara, Kal Ho Naa Ho, and Koi… Mil Gaya.
In 2008, she ventured into international cinema with Heaven On Earth. Now, she is all set to return to the big screen with Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan Productions. The film will also feature Sunny Deol in a leading role.
