This Is Not a Property Dispute, My Belongings Are Inside - Manchu Manoj
Manchu Manoj sat in protest outside Mohan Babu’s Jalpally residence after being denied entry.
Accused brother Manchu Vishnu of orchestrating the situation and blamed police inaction since December.
Appealed to CM Revanth Reddy for intervention, stressing it’s about personal belongings and not property.
The Manchu family is once again in the spotlight, with actor Manchu Manoj alleging mistreatment and being denied access to his belongings at his father Mohan Babu’s residence in Jalpally. Early this morning, Manoj reached the house but was reportedly not allowed entry, prompting him to sit outside the gate in protest.
Speaking to the media at the scene, Manoj dismissed rumors of a property dispute, saying, “This is not about property. My pets and personal belongings are inside. Why am I not being allowed in?” He said that he had informed his father earlier that the items in question were his, and reiterated that his intentions were not related to ownership disputes.
Manoj accused his brother, actor and MAA president Manchu Vishnu, of orchestrating the entire episode. He claimed that Vishnu’s followers entered the premises during the early hours of the day, forcibly took away his vehicles, and even assaulted his security personnel. “This was all planned after Vishnu returned from Rajasthan following his daughter’s birthday on the 1st,” Manoj alleged.
He expressed frustration with the police, stating that despite multiple complaints since December, no charge sheet had been filed. “Even though the commissioner had set boundaries, they crossed them. I reported theft and attacks, but still, there’s been no action,” he said.
Manoj also criticized the police for seeking permission from Mohan Babu before allowing him entry. “Now they say I need my father’s consent to enter the house I’ve lived in. Even after court notices, they’re not letting me in,” he added.
Appealing to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Manoj asked for a resolution to his plight, saying his only demand is access to his own belongings and justice for the ongoing harassment.
