Compassionate Appointments Are Your Right -  CM Revanth Reddy

CM hands over appointment letters to 922 candidates

Accuses previous government of neglecting compassionate appointments for 10 years

Launches ‘Build Now’ portal to streamline recruitment

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy emphasized that compassionate appointments are the right of the people, addressing a gathering at the Koluva Festival program held at Ravindra Bharathi. The event marked the distribution of appointment letters to 922 individuals selected for posts in the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department.

Speaking on the occasion, CM Revanth Reddy criticized the previous government for failing to provide compassionate appointments for a decade. He remarked that many had hoped for increased employment opportunities after Telangana’s formation, but due to the negligence of past rulers, job opportunities did not materialize as expected.

During the event, the Chief Minister also launched the ‘Build Now’ portal, aimed at streamlining recruitment processes and increasing transparency. He questioned why notifications for government jobs were not issued for ten years, while his administration has managed to issue several within just 10 months.

Acknowledging challenges such as question paper leaks, Revanth Reddy said his government is committed to conducting fair recruitment and fulfilling the aspirations of the unemployed. He further challenged critics, questioning why they couldn’t achieve in 10 years what his government has done in a short span.

The event reaffirmed the government’s commitment to resolving employment issues and ensuring job opportunities for deserving candidates.
