Bandi Sanjay Slams Telangana Budget, Calls It a Betrayal of Six Guarantees
Bandi Sanjay accuses Congress of surpassing BRS in debts and exploitation
Claims government is failing to implement even 10% of its promises
CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao compares budget to Ugadi chutney
Union Minister of State and BJP leader Bandi Sanjay strongly criticized the Telangana budget, stating that it has shattered hopes on the six guarantees promised by the Congress government. He alleged that the Congress administration has outdone the BRS government in false promises, financial mismanagement, and exploitation.
Bandi Sanjay condemned the budget as unrealistic, claiming that the government has failed to implement even 10% of its commitments. He slammed the ruling party as incompetent, pointing out that despite promises, 2 lakh jobs have not been filled, and the Rs. 4,000 unemployment allowance has not materialized. He further criticized the inadequate allocations for education and healthcare, stating that the budget has disappointed all sections of society.
Meanwhile, CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao compared the budget to Ugadi chutney, highlighting its mixed flavors of promises and disappointments. He claimed that funds are flowing out of the state while there is no substantial support from the central government. Despite a Rs. 6 lakh crore budget, he argued that the government has failed to effectively allocate funds for revenue-generating sectors. He expressed concern that half of the population is not benefiting from the budget's provisions.
