Student in Tears Over Paper Leak Allegations

10th class question paper leak causes statewide uproar

Student claims she was threatened and forced to show the paper

Officials suspended, student debarred amid controversy

The 10th class examination paper leak incident in Nakirekal, Nalgonda district, has sparked a major controversy. Following the incident, authorities debarred a student while removing the Chief Superintendent and the Departmental Officer of the examination center from their duties.

However, the affected student tearfully claimed she was not at fault. She alleged that two unknown youths threatened her while she was writing her exam near a window. She stated that they warned her they would pelt stones if she did not show the question paper. Out of fear, she unwillingly showed the paper, after which the youths took a photo and fled.

She pleaded with the authorities to reconsider their decision and allow her to continue writing her exams, asserting she was unaware of the culprits' identities.

The incident occurred at the Social Welfare Gurukul School examination center on Friday. Reports indicate that individuals climbed the school wall to take a photograph of the question paper. They allegedly intended to circulate answers and provide them to students appearing for the exam. However, the police foiled their attempt and apprehended six individuals after receiving a complaint from the Mandal Educational Officer (MEO). A case has been registered against 11 suspects as the investigation continues.
