BJP leader and Medak MP Raghunandan Rao welcomed the Supreme Court's orders on the Hyderabad Central University (HCU) land issue, asserting that the BJP will support students in their fight to protect the 400 acres of land in Kancha Gachibowli.
Raghunandan Rao attributed the court's decision to the persistent efforts of the students and emphasized the need for the government to respect the Supreme Court's directives. He questioned the authorities about cutting down hundreds of trees when permissions are required even for a single tree.
Describing the orders as a strong rebuke to the government, he reiterated the BJP’s commitment to standing by the students and fighting for the preservation of the university lands.
