Leading tech companies, including Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, are issuing warnings to H1B visa holders amidst heightened immigration policies under President Donald Trump. As Trump intensifies measures against immigrants, concerns are mounting among H1B visa holders about potential challenges when attempting to re-enter the U.S. if they travel abroad.

According to reports, several Indian immigrants have canceled their trips to India, fearing difficulties in returning to the U.S. The Washington Post highlighted that many immigrants feel there is a perception that everyone, except American citizens, is considered an illegal immigrant. As a result, they are now carrying all necessary documents with them at all times.

Indian embassy officials have also issued alerts to NRIs, advising caution and urging them to stay informed about evolving immigration policies. The tech companies’ warnings are part of broader efforts to protect their employees from potential travel-related complications.
