Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu extended his best wishes to Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders and workers on the party’s 43rd Foundation Day. Addressing over 60,000 party workers and leaders in a teleconference, he acknowledged their unwavering commitment and sacrifices over the years.

Chandrababu stated that TDP emerged from the struggles of the common people and has left an indelible mark on their hearts. He emphasized that strengthening TDP means ensuring progress for the state, and credited the activists as the party’s backbone, describing them as the protectors of Sri Rama for TDP.

The Chief Minister highlighted the party’s achievements under NTR’s leadership, including welfare schemes like Rs. 2 rice, pensions, Janata Vastra, and pucca houses. He also mentioned introducing reservations for women in education and jobs, and promoting technological growth.

Chandrababu announced that this year’s Mahanadu would be held in Kadapa, following NTR’s vision of supporting the poor. As part of this effort, he launched the P4 program, aimed at uplifting marginalized sections by providing necessary assistance.

He noted that the party has achieved an extraordinary milestone of one crore memberships and is offering accident insurance of Rs. 5 lakhs for activists’ families. He reaffirmed his commitment to stand by party workers, acknowledging their role in keeping the party strong despite various challenges.

I will be indebted to the workers for the rest of my life. Strengthening the Telugu Desam means good things for the state,” said Chandrababu Naidu.
