The Meteorological Department has forecasted moderate rains for several districts in Telangana today and tomorrow, bringing some relief to the region. Areas likely to experience rainfall include Mahabubabad, Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, and Gadwal.
Meanwhile, there is a chance of maximum temperatures in Adilabad and Hyderabad, which are expected to remain on the higher side during this period.
The department has also issued an orange alert for the districts of Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Narayanpet, and Nizamabad, signaling the possibility of heavy rains in these areas. Authorities have advised residents to stay cautious and be prepared for changing weather conditions.
Farmers and residents are urged to take necessary precautions, particularly in the affected districts, to avoid any disruptions caused by the rains. The weather office will continue to monitor the situation and issue updates accordingly.
