AP Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan extended his warm greetings to the Telugu people on the occasion of Ugadi, celebrating the arrival of the Telugu New Year. In a statement, he described Ugadi as a festival reflecting the rich heritage, customs, culture, traditions, and arts of the Telugu people, which continue to keep the nation alive.

Pawan Kalyan noted that this year's Ugadi is named after the Gandharva, Vishwavasu, and expressed his heartfelt wishes to all Telugu people.

“Life is a combination of hardships and joys. We consider our Ugadi celebration as proof of that. While the previous government's rule was difficult, now a good government that provides happiness to the people has come to the forefront of the people of AP. I sincerely hope that the Telugu lands of Sri Vishwavasu Nama Ugadi, which brought spring with the splendor of Chaitra, will be kept green with riches,” Pawan Kalyan stated.
