Kakani Govardhan Reddy Evades Police Investigation Again

Kakani skips police probe in illegal mining case

Notices issued three times so far

Uncertainty over police’s next move

Former minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy once again evaded police investigation in the illegal quartz mining case, raising questions about his continued non-compliance. Despite the police serving notices three times so far, Kakani has been consistently unavailable for questioning.

Each time the authorities attempted to deliver notices, Kakani was reportedly absent, avoiding direct contact with the investigation team. With the third attempt proving unsuccessful, it remains to be seen what course of action the police will pursue next.

In the past, Kakani faced similar allegations of evading arrest in another case but managed to secure anticipatory bail from the Supreme Court. The ongoing evasion in the illegal mining case has only heightened speculation about the potential legal steps that may follow.
