Ambati Rambabu Criticizes TDP's Implementation of Promises
Questions raised over the implementation of the 'Super Six' promises
Claims of providing quality liquor at a cheap price questioned
Criticism over failure to fulfill promises apart from pension hike
Former Minister Ambati Rambabu criticized the TDP government, alleging that many promises remain unfulfilled despite claims of better implementation than neighboring states. Speaking to the media, Rambabu questioned the progress of the 'Super Six' promises, challenging the government to provide proof of their effective implementation.
He alleged that while the government boasts of offering quality liquor at affordable prices, the reality is rampant belt shops and door delivery of liquor in every village. According to him, most promises have been ignored, except for a pension hike, which he claimed is the only achievement repeatedly mentioned by the government each month.
Rambabu also questioned the fulfillment of welfare schemes, stating that only one gas cylinder was provided in nine months, mocking the government’s claims of ‘mother’s devotion’ towards welfare initiatives.
Further, he accused the TDP of supporting the unconstitutional Waqf Amendment Bill, contrasting it with the YSRCP’s opposition to the bill in the Lok Sabha.
He concluded by urging the government to deliver on its promises rather than relying on publicity.
