Rainfall activity is expected to decrease across Telangana on Tuesday after the state received rains over the past two days, though isolated to scattered thunderstorms are likely in several districts.
The weather system may bring thunderstorms from afternoon to night in parts of southern and eastern Telangana, including Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Khammam, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Rangareddy and Yadadri-Bhongir. Northern districts such as Adilabad, Kumram Bheem Asifabad and Mancherial may also experience thunderstorms.
Other parts of the state are likely to receive isolated rainfall during the day. Hyderabad may witness isolated showers and thunderstorms from afternoon to night.
According to the report, rainfall activity is expected to increase again from Wednesday. Weather conditions could become more intense after September 12, with thunderstorms likely across several parts of the state.
Residents are advised to remain alert during thunderstorms and follow local weather updates.
