Telangana Government to Provide Evening Snacks for Class 10 Students Until Exams End

Hyderabad, Feb 1: In a significant initiative to support Class 10 students appearing for their board exams, the Telangana government has decided to provide evening snacks in government and model schools.

The program, which commenced today, aims to assist students attending special evening classes to improve their performance in the upcoming board exams.

As part of this initiative, teachers at the Government Aliya Model High School in Abids, Hyderabad, distributed snacks to Class 10 students. The decision was made to ensure that students do not face hunger issues while attending extra classes, allowing them to focus better on their studies.

To improve the pass percentage in SSC exams, the state-run high schools are conducting special morning and evening classes. To support students during extended study hours, the government has planned to provide snacks in the evenings until the completion of the exams. This initiative will be in effect from February 1 to March 20, covering a period of 38 days.

This move has been welcomed by students and parents, who believe it will enhance concentration and energy levels, ensuring better academic performance in the crucial board exams.
