KTR Slams Congress Govt Over 'Hydra' Collection Racket

BRS Working President and former minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has strongly criticized the Congress government, accusing officials of running a collection racket under the name of Hydra. He alleged that the administration is taking revenge on the poor by demolishing their houses in the name of the Moosi River project.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), KTR claimed that the Chief Minister’s family is involved in real estate dealings under the name 'Fourth City' and accused them of land encroachments under the pretext of 'Triple R.' He stated that the Congress government is displaying arrogance by striking deals with powerful individuals while ignoring the plight of the poor.

KTR further lashed out at the ruling party, claiming that the much-publicized "six guarantees" are being neglected and that those questioning the government are being jailed. He criticized the administration for failing to implement a loan waiver for farmers and not purchasing crops. Comparing the governance under Congress to an "underworld," he lamented that Telangana, which was once a model state under KCR’s leadership, has now fallen into mismanagement.

Calling the government a "circus company," KTR urged the people to wake up and resist what he termed as oppressive rule.
