New Delhi, Jan 29: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the schedule for the Member of Legislative Council (MLC) elections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. As per the official notification, the election process will commence on February 3, with polling scheduled for February 27 and vote counting set for March 3.
