The Andhra Pradesh government has announced additional financial assistance for housing scheme beneficiaries, providing support in four installments.
For Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Backward Classes (BCs), the government will provide ₹50,000 in four phases: ₹15,000 for the basement, ₹15,000 for the roof, ₹10,000 for roof costs, and ₹10,000 upon completion.
For Scheduled Tribes (STs), the assistance is ₹75,000, disbursed as ₹22,500 for the basement, ₹22,500 for the roof, ₹15,000 for roof costs, and ₹15,000 upon completion.
Tribal ST beneficiaries will receive ₹1 lakh in support, with ₹30,000 for the basement, ₹30,000 for the roof, ₹20,000 for roof costs, and ₹20,000 after completion.
This initiative aims to boost housing development and ensure financial aid reaches marginalized communities efficiently.
