The 4th Quarter Get-Together organized by Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST)-HDFC Bank Parivartan Hyderabad Cluster was successfully held on March 28, 2025, at the ECE Block, Osmania University, Hyderabad. The event, centered around the theme “Cost Cutting & Production Enhancement,” brought together entrepreneurs, mentors, and industry experts to share insights and celebrate achievements.
The session began with opening remarks from Mr. M. Koteswara Rao, Strategic Committee Vice-Chairman of BYST, Hyderabad. Presentations on the status of the third and fourth quarters were delivered by Mr. P. Rajanikanth, Project Head – South Region 2, and Mr. Lakshmikanth, Cluster Head, Hyderabad, BYST.
A notable highlight of the event was the Mentor-Mentee Experience Sharing session. Mr. P. V. Ramana, Chapter Committee Chairman, along with mentees Chaitanya Jain and Varun, partners of Vanya Concrete Technology, shared their entrepreneurial journey, challenges faced, and successful strategies implemented.
The Chief Guest, Mr. SanjAnna, Deputy Director of the National Productivity Council, addressed the gathering, emphasizing opportunities and strategies in cost-cutting and production enhancement. Special Guest Mr. T. Rajkumar, Deputy Manager – South India, Usha Social Services, Usha International Limited, presented valuable insights on the USHA Mobile Application designed for the Garment Industry.
The event concluded with the distribution of accreditation certificates to mentors and awards recognizing the best entrepreneurs for their outstanding contributions and achievements.
The 4th Quarter Get-Together provided an encouraging platform for mentorship, learning, and networking, further strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem within the BYST-HDFC Bank Parivartan Hyderabad Cluster.
