Veteran Kannada actor Shivraj Kumar made some emotional and humorous remarks about his admiration for Kamal Haasan during the Tamil teaser launch of his upcoming film '45' in Chennai. The event was also attended by actor Upendra and filmmaker Raj B Shetty.
Shivraj Kumar expressed his deep affection for Kamal Haasan, calling him one of his all-time favorite actors alongside Amitabh Bachchan. He said, “Kamal sir is so beautiful… if I were born as a girl, I would’ve definitely married him!”
He went on to share a nostalgic memory, recalling how Kamal Haasan once visited his home to meet his father, the legendary Kannada actor Dr. Rajkumar. “That day, I took permission and hugged Kamal sir. After that, I didn’t take a bath for three days,” Shivraj said, drawing laughter from the audience. “That’s how much I love him.”
Shivraj Kumar added that he never misses any of Kamal Haasan’s films and always makes it a point to watch them on the first day, first show.
