Lokesh acknowledged the tireless efforts of TDP workers, calling them the "strength and power" of the party. He emphasized the party's deep respect for its workers, a sentiment that sets TDP apart from other political parties. He celebrated the party's tradition of valuing worker input in decision-making processes and reiterated that every worker is a leader in their own right.
The TDP General Secretary also highlighted the party’s welfare initiatives, which include providing financial assistance for education, medical care, and employment opportunities for workers and their families. He pointed to the Welfare Fund, which has supported over 2500 workers' children in their education and provided Rs. 2 lakh each to the families of 5164 deceased workers. He further shared that Rs. 103 crore has been distributed to support workers' families and help them in times of need.
In addition to financial assistance, Lokesh emphasized the enhanced accident insurance provided to workers, now increased to Rs. 5 lakhs for each member. He expressed pride in the party's commitment to the welfare of its workers, ensuring that the TDP remains the “only party” offering such comprehensive support to its grassroots level.
Finally, Lokesh extended special congratulations to those constituency leaders who took the membership registration program seriously, exceeding the target of one lakh memberships and increasing the number of lifetime memberships. The overwhelming participation in the program, which culminated in breaking records with one crore memberships, was described as a resounding success for TDP’s future prospects.
In his message, Lokesh also reaffirmed his dedication to standing by every TDP worker, ensuring their welfare and supporting them through various initiatives.
