PSR Anjaneyulu Remanded till May 7 in Bollywood Actress Kadambari Jethwani case

Court Sends Former AP Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu to Remand

CID produced PSR in Third ACJM court on Wednesday

PSR argues case against him is baseless and politically motivated

In a key development, the Third Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) court has remanded former Andhra Pradesh Intelligence Chief PSR Anjaneyulu in connection with the case involving Bollywood actress Kadambari Jethwani. The court on Wednesday ordered judicial custody for PSR until May 7th.

CID officials, who had arrested PSR earlier, presented him before the court on Wednesday morning. The hearing took place in the judge’s chamber, where PSR, accompanied by his legal counsel, put forth his arguments.

He strongly contested the charges, stating that he had no involvement whatsoever in the Jethwani case. He told the court that despite having no connection to the incident, a false case was filed against him, allegedly under political pressure.

The details of the allegations have not been fully disclosed, but the remand indicates the court's decision to allow further investigation while keeping PSR in judicial custody. More developments are expected as the investigation progresses.
