Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will set the agenda for the state’s district administration at the eighth Collectors’ Conference scheduled for September 10 and 11 at the state Secretariat in Amaravati.

The two-day meeting will focus on economic growth, welfare delivery, governance, investments, water security and law and order. Naidu will address district collectors on the opening day and review the implementation of decisions taken during the previous conference held in May.

The Chief Minister will assess the state’s economic performance, district-wise targets, welfare schemes, drinking-water plans, housing and employment initiatives. Progress under the Swarna Andhra@2047 district roadmaps and the Jaladhara water security programme will also be discussed.

The second day will focus on e-governance, grievance redressal, land administration, centrally sponsored schemes, skilling and employment. Naidu will also interact with collectors through an Open Forum before concluding with a law-and-order review.
