Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu met with a high-level Japanese delegation led by Ambassador Keiichi Ono in Amaravati. The meeting focused on strengthening economic ties and expanding Japanese investments in the state.
CM Chandrababu Naidu shared that discussions revolved around collaboration in shipbuilding, electronics, chemicals, automobiles, and education. He emphasized that Andhra Pradesh is committed to providing a conducive environment for international investors and assured full support to Japanese industries willing to set up operations in the state.
The Japanese delegation expressed interest in exploring new investment opportunities, particularly in industrial corridors and upcoming infrastructure projects. The Chief Minister highlighted Andhra Pradesh’s investor-friendly policies, skilled workforce, and robust connectivity, making it an ideal destination for global companies.
Both sides also deliberated on enhancing educational exchange programs to facilitate skill development and technology transfer. CM Naidu stated that such partnerships would pave the way for long-term economic growth and employment generation in the state.
