“Pendurthi YSRCP Candidate Adeep Raj’s Nomination Under Review by RO”

TPN, Andhra Pradesh: The scrutiny of nominations in Andhra Pradesh commenced today following the closure of the nomination filing process yesterday. However, there has been a setback for Adeep Raj, the YSRCP candidate from Pendurthi in Anakapalli district, as his nomination is currently pending with the Election Returning Officer (ERO).

The delay in approval stems from the absence of case details in Adeep Raj’s election affidavit. As a result, the ERO has granted Adeep Raj time until the 29th of this month to provide an explanation regarding the missing information.

Adeep Raj, who is the incumbent MLA, is contesting from the Pendurthi assembly constituency on behalf of the YSRCP. His main opponent from the Jana Sena alliance is Panchkarla Ramesh. This development introduces a layer of uncertainty into the electoral landscape of Pendurthi, awaiting clarification from Adeep Raj to proceed with his nomination process.
