TPN, Andhra Pradesh: Former CBI Joint Director and Jai Bharat National Party President Lakshminarayana has raised alarm over threats to his life, filing a complaint with the Visakhapatnam Police Commissioner. The complaint alleges a conspiracy to assassinate him within Visakhapatnam, where he is currently campaigning as the MLA candidate for Jai Bharat Party from the Visakha North Constituency.
In his complaint to Visakha CP Dr. Ravi Shankar Ayyannar, JD Lakshmi Narayana provided evidence suggesting that the threat originates from followers of Gali Janardhan Reddy, linked to a case he previously handled. He expressed suspicions that certain individuals associated with Gali Janardhan Reddy’s camp were present in Visakhapatnam, planning an attack due to his ongoing activities.
This development has sparked widespread interest in the ongoing police investigation, with concerns raised about the safety and security of Lakshminarayana amidst his political campaign. The complaint sheds light on potential risks faced by public figures and highlights the need for swift and thorough law enforcement action to address such threats.
