TPN , Andhra Pradesh : Andhra Pradesh Former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is set to visit Tirumala this evening, where he will have a darshan of Lord Venkateswara tomorrow morning. However, his visit comes amid rising demands from Hindu organizations and religious leaders for him to sign a declaration affirming his faith in the deity.
Sources indicate that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has prepared a declaration form specifically for Jagan. Hindu groups are insisting that he sign this declaration, asserting that, like any other faith leader, Jagan must publicly express his belief in Lord Venkateswara before proceeding with his visit to the temple.
Despite the mounting pressure, neither Jagan nor any YSR Congress Party leaders have made any public statements regarding the declaration. This silence has heightened anticipation and curiosity about whether Jagan will comply with the demands or not. TTD is reportedly considering visiting the guesthouse where Jagan is staying to facilitate the signing of the declaration before his temple visit.
As the situation unfolds, the public remains on edge, eager to see how Jagan will navigate these religious and political expectations during his pilgrimage.
