Medak MP Raghunandan Rao has stated that Congress leaders Revanth Reddy and Asaduddin Owaisi should take responsibility for the attack on the BJP's state office. Reacting to the incident, Rao tweeted expressing his view that the attack marks the beginning of Congress's downfall. He accused Congress workers of using goons and rowdy-sheeters to carry out the attack under the guise of Congress activists.
Raghunandan Rao further claimed that Revanth Reddy had masterminded the attack after sharing a stage with Owaisi's brothers. He recalled previous instances of violence, such as the defacing of their own Chief Minister's image and instigating communal riots, describing them as part of Congress's history.
The MP also suggested that it seemed like the police were involved in facilitating the attack on the BJP office, making sensational remarks about the situation. He compared this to an incident in Delhi, where their former MP retracted a controversial remark and displayed civility, contrasting it with the rowdy and unruly behavior of Congress-backed elements in Telangana.
