Manmohan Singh's administration revolutionized mobile technology with the launch of 3G and 4G services, while Aadhaar-linked direct benefit transfers streamlined welfare schemes. The Employment Guarantee Scheme provided 100 days of work annually to rural poor, while free education in private schools for underprivileged children empowered many.
