Delhi's Political Heat Intensifies with Kejriwal's Comments

As Delhi heads into the election season, the political temperature is rising, with major parties engaging in fierce verbal battles. Despite being a partner in the India Alliance, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal's controversial remarks about Congress have ignited a political storm. Here's what Kejriwal said, and how BJP and Congress are countering his comments:

With elections approaching, both BJP and Congress are actively gearing up, with BJP already announcing its candidates and Congress searching for strong leaders. Meanwhile, a war of words is unfolding between the major political parties, adding fuel to the already tense political atmosphere.

Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, has criticized Congress, claiming that the people of Delhi have stopped paying attention to the party. He said, “Congress is irrelevant to the people of Delhi.” This has drawn sharp reactions from Congress, which accused Kejriwal's AAP of making baseless accusations in a bid to gain power.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, meanwhile, has been fiercely critical of AAP, accusing the party of failing to provide basic facilities to Delhi’s citizens over the last ten years. Modi stated that AAP had brought disaster to the capital, calling the party a "threat" to the people of Delhi. He confidently predicted that BJP would come to power in Delhi.

The political clash also intensified over the construction of the Savarkar College in Najafgarh, with BJP and Congress exchanging harsh words. Modi laid the foundation for the college, but Congress is demanding that it be named after former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh instead of Veer Savarkar. Congress has condemned the naming of the college after Savarkar, accusing BJP of neglecting the sacrifices made by freedom fighters.

In response, BJP strongly defended its stance and refuted Congress's accusations, stating that the party was disrespecting historical figures. Congress, in turn, claimed that BJP was trying to erase the legacy of true freedom fighters.

Amidst this heated verbal battle, Kejriwal has also fired back, accusing both BJP and Congress of plotting against AAP and forming an alliance to defeat his party. He declared that AAP would not be deterred by these "conspiracies" and would once again emerge victorious in the upcoming elections.

With elections looming, the political discourse in Delhi has turned into a full-blown war of words, keeping the public on edge and intensifying the political heat despite the winter chill.
