TPN ,Vijayawada – Kukkala Vidyasagar, designated as A1 in the ongoing case involving Mumbai film actress Jithwani, has filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court challenging his remand.
During the hearing, the police informed the court that they would not exert pressure regarding the investigation related to Vidyasagar’s petition to retrieve dogs currently in custody. In response, the High Court directed the authorities to submit a detailed counter regarding the specifics of Vidyasagar’s remand.
The court has adjourned further proceedings in the case until October 1, 2024. Legal representatives from both sides are expected to present their arguments at the next hearing.
