TPN , Hyderabad : BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has expressed his discontent regarding the Congress government’s inability to manage the pre-release event of Jr. NTR’s upcoming film, ‘Devara.’ His remarks came in response to the event’s cancellation, which he cited as indicative of the current administration’s inefficiency.
KTR highlighted that during the tenure of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), major festivals such as Ganesh immersion, Moharram processions, and Bonala festivities were conducted smoothly and without incident. He referenced the successful organization of large-scale events like Formula One, emphasizing the BRS’s commitment to maintaining order and celebrating cultural events in Hyderabad.
“The current situation shows the government’s failure to manage even a film event. It’s disappointing to witness how far Hyderabad has fallen under this administration,” KTR remarked. He assured that his ministers, police, and officials are actively working to ensure that the city remains a cosmopolitan hub where film and cultural events can thrive without hindrance.
In contrast, KTR criticized the Congress government’s handling of public events, suggesting that the current administration is unable to provide the same level of support and stability that the BRS once ensured.
